The Technique: We driff over reefs and rocky bottoms, using natural baits to target fish that hide in the coastal depths.
The Species: The focus is on high-quality table fish, such as Sea Bream (Sargos), Snapper (Pargos), Black Tail Comber (Garoupas), and the flavorful Wrasse (Bodião).
